I started going to Rt. 64 dental last year and I have to give a shout out to Hailey the Dental Hygienist who is amazing at what she does! She's very gentle with her cleaning detailing! Other hygienists I've been to at other establishments were very rough and touched on sensitive areas of my mouth. Plus, Trish was amazing at calling me back with a cancelation spot which saved me the wait time from the end of October! I would recommend Route 64 Dental!
I have been going to Dr. Remus for more than 20 years. I am convinced of his level of skill, competence, and genuine regard for his patients. You will not find a better dentist in Kane county, and possibly the state of Illinois. For example, my last visit was for a cleaning and check up. He found a small problem and suggested I schedule an appointment within the next month or so. As I was trying to establish an appointment at the front desk he called my name and offered to just go ahead and do the procedure right then and there. I was absolutely delighted. It saved me from making another appointment and trip to the dentist. Update: The staff at Route 64 dental are the best. Since my last appointment they have added new staff including a dental hygienist, Hayley, who fits right into their amazing staff. Her work was thorough and done with gentleness and with a genuine concern for my comfort. She demonstrated a very thoughtful and concerned approach even to the point her offer of dental floss to use at home as I was leaving. You'll leave this place with your best smile, painlessly. Another update: Just had my routine checkup and, as usual, left the office with the best care - along with good advice - that you could get from a dentist. Following the expert advice of Dr. Remus and the hygienist, my teeth and gums have immensely improved. ....oh, and now for about the third or fourth cleaning by the hygienist, Hayley, I left the place thinking how comfortable their new method is compared to the old way of scraping each tooth. Route 64 Dental now uses a state of the art method of high water pressure to clean your teeth and Hayley has apparently mastered the method remarkably. Her technique is not only tons more comfortable, it obviously does a much better job, at least as seen in my mouth. Hey! Check out my healthy gums...finally!!
We’ve been going to Rt. 64 for over 25 years. Their friendly, professional service is outstanding. From routine cleanings to cavities to crowns, they are exceptional. If extra work needs to be done that they don’t do (e.g., root canals, etc.), they explain the procedure needed in great detail. The office staff are courteous and respectful, and have been excellent at communicating and explaining insurance questions, rescheduling appointments, etc. They take the ‘dread’ out going to the dentist!
